3. It is a detached building. Its ground is 0.5 hectare (16.404 SF) and the building itself is 1640 square meter (two-storied + cellar).

4. The building is being used/exploited since 1987.

5. It can be used as a theatre hall, a shop, an auto show, a cultural center, shopping center, a sport complex, etc.

6. The foundation is of ferroconcrete, the walls and the front are made of Armenian red tuff, the coverings are of panel, with insulators.

7. The building is the private property of ‘ArmenAkob’ Ltd since 1996. It was acquired from the State according to the law through the Contract of bargain and sale. The ground, exploitation and communications as well belong to the company. The 100% owner of ‘ArmenAkob ’Ltd is the founder (private person). When bought the firm may be renamed.

8. The price is $2.500.000 US dollars.
